Winter Wonderland - Oct 16 @6pm - F2024
Instructor: Brenda Boychuk
Skill Level: Intermediate
With all of the beautiful weather we have been having it is hard to think about winter and the snow that will be upon us before we know it. But now might be the time to make a beautiful winter table runner. This table runner is not just a winter table runner, it can be made in any colour that you would like. You could make it for any season or to match any decor.
This table runner looks much more difficult to make than it really is, all of those little spikes are easy to do when you are sewing them on paper and I will give you lots of tips. In the class, we will learn how to use foundation paper piecing to create this table runner. If you have not done a Judy Neimeyer or Quiltworx pattern before you will be surprised at how it is set up to help you be successful.
The pattern includes enough papers to complete 4 squares, I only used 3 squares for this table runner as that is the size of my table. You could use all 4 squares to make a larger table runner, a bed runner or, put them together in a square to make a table topper.
Sample Size 20" x 74” (using 4 squares)
