Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with everything you order from Lori’s Country Cottage! If something isn’t quite right, here’s what to know:

Returns:
You have 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return. Just make sure your item is in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt handy, too!

To start a return, email us at lori@loriscountrycottage.com. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it — no fuss!

Damages or Wrong Items:
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Items We Can’t Accept Back:
Some things can’t be returned, including:

  • Special orders
  • Flammable liquids or gases (like aerosol sprays or starches)
  • Printed materials (books, patterns)
  • Cut goods (fabric, batting, vinyl, etc.)
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re not sure about your item, just ask — we’re happy to help.

Exchanges:
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds:
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll send it back to your original payment method. Banks and credit card companies can take a few days to process it, so hang tight!
