Have you admired the trendy quilted coats and wished to have one for yourself or to create one for a loved one? Here's your chance to learn how. We will use Quiltsmart interfacing and the Tamarack jacket to craft our stylish quilted coats.
In the class, I will demonstrate three types of Quiltsmart interfacing: drunkards path, lone star, and the 2 ½ squares. You can choose one of these interfacing options to create the fabric for your coat. Once the fabric is ready, it will be quilted and assembled into a coat that you will cherish wearing for years.
There is time allocated between classes for quilting the fabric.
Students are required to pre-order 1 pattern and 1 foundation at the time of registration. Please choose 1 pattern and 1 foundation from the options above.
