Travel With Our Group
Join our group as we travel from the Edmonton International Airport to Philadelphia. If travel from Edmonton doesn't work for you, let's adjust that!
From the Philly airport we travel to Lancaster County in our rental vehicles with desiginated drivers. Don't worry if you don't want to drive, there will be drivers within our group. The rental vehicles give us more flexibility than bus transportation. We will do the majority of our travel in rental vehicles with a few venues in a tour bus.
Accommodations
No living out of a suitcase, we will be able to unpack upon arrival at the hotel and tours etc departing from there. The last couple of days we will move to a hotel in historic Philadelphia. All accommodations are double occupancy. You will be introduced to a new travel friend to share a room if you are travelling alone. Single occupancy is available but pricey.
Inclusions
This trip covers everything – return flight from Edmonton, accommodations, transfers, tours, show tickets, and all breakfasts and dinners.
Deposits & Payments
Trip cost $5000. Deposit $700 (refundable until November 2024) Payments due March 15, 2025 - $2500, April 1 - $1800 or Balance Due (US$ exchange may affect final payment amount)
*Payments are non-refundable - travel insurance recommended.
