• To guarantee your place in a class, payment must be made at the time of registration. Phone registrations are accepted with Visa or Mastercard.
• If you are unable to attend a class, you may ask a friend to take your place. There are no refunds on registration fees. Class Pass exempt.
• If minimum enrollment is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the class. In this case a full tuition refund will be given.
• The first class for In Person or Zoom classes, will be held at the store. The instructor will let you know if your sewing machine is required for this class. This class will have you prepared for your project as well as allocate time to purchase your supplies at a 20% discount. Lori’s Country Cottage aims to keep the cost of classes down, so we require that your supplies be purchased from Lori’s Country Cottage.
• Do not purchase your materials until the first class.
• Due to copyright laws, class participants are required to have the pattern or book if applicable.
• No children, babies or guests in class. Teens 16 years and older are welcome in our adult classes.
• Please leave the store number at home for emergencies and have your cell phone turned off during class.
• Please be prompt for on-time start to classes and attend all sessions.
• The classroom is set up for social distancing and sanitizing product will be supplied. Masks are optional and we ask that everyone be respectful of anyone who continues to wear a mask. Remember to sanitize often and maintain the 2m distance from others. Please stay home if you feel unwell. While particular discipline may reduce risk, each participant assumes all risk should they be exposed to viruses.

Free shipping within Canada on orders* of $225 or more - even on sale products. 

Shipping Rates will be added to your invoice automatically, once your address is submitted when your order is placed.

For U.S. and International customers

We are required by Alberta Provincial Law to charge a sales tax of 5% on postal services
including our Block of the Month Programs. All prices are in Canadian dollars. All US and International packages are shipped via Canada Post. We understand that packages can be delayed going through the borders and customs, we do our best to comply with all requirements to ensure your package arrives at your mailbox in a timely manner.

Exceptions:
Extra shipping charges may be applied to order which contain batting due to the bulk of the packaging.This will only apply if the actual shipping charges reflect the higher rate.

For remote areas of Canada and the US where shipping is much higher, shipping charges will be adjusted.
